The bid of Haskell Termite and Pest Control was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget in the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Haskell Termite and Pest Control, to provide 'Fumigation Services' in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
